Â
Hello ,
Â
This morning, the Lord wanted to EXPOSE the lies and fears of the UNKNOWN to me. He asked me a question that I had to ponder and think of my answer. I would like you to answer this question He asked me,
Â
"What are you afraid of about the unknown?"
Â
After I thought about my answer, I realized God was about to set me free from the fear, worry, anxiety, and fretting about MY PERSPECTIVE of the unknown. When you share your answer with the Lord, you will experience freedom as well.
Â
What happened next, gave me so much HOPE. Why?
Â
Because the lies came to light and lost their power. The devil wants us to be afraid of the unknown because he doesn't want us to step into it.
Â
Why would he do that?Â
Â
He's afraid.
Â
Yes, the devil is the one that is truly afraid of you stepping into the unknown because then you will KNOW what was previously unknown to you. (Read that sentence again out loud)
Â
Once I realized what the Lord was doing in my heart and with my mindset, I just knew God was going to make known what REALLY is in the unknown.
Â
Think about what you know now. At one time you did not know it but you stepped into what you did not know and then you found out what was true. You would not be where you are right now without stepping into the unknown so many times in your life.Â
Â
This is nothing new for you. You've been doing it your whole life, but now you get to turn what you thought was fearful into something you're excited to discover. Yes, it is mysterious not knowing something, but as you uncover what was once hidden, you'll want to discover even more.
Â
So, how do you apply this in your own life?
Â
First, be honest and talk out loud with the Lord about what your "perceived" fears, worries, anxieties, and fretting are about the unknown. See the key to your breakthrough in this area is changing your mindset, expectations, and beliefs.
Â
Secondly, ask the Lord for HIS PERSPECTIVE of the unknown.Â
Â
Remember, God knows everything and everyone, so NOTHING is unknown to Him. Why not go to the One who knows it all?
Â
Finally, when you do have God's perspective, your words will change, your mindset will change, and you will actually look forward to finding out what God wants you to know.
Â
You will be able to believe what God promised to you really is TRUE. Fears will be replaced with love. Anxieties will be replaced with hope. Worries will be replaced with optimism.Â
Â
Are you NOW willing to talk with the Lord about the unknown so you can step into and be free to live the life He gave you?
