Hello ,
Â
What has God been doing in the month of February? There is an
outpouring around the world that millions have been praying for in the last century. We get to be a part of it.Â
Â
You are HERE for such a time as this. Peter isn't. Paul isn't. John isn't. YOU ARE.Â
Â
You GET TO be a part of this outpouring and we want to make sure that you are prepared.
Â
Many of us have heard of all the wonderful testimonies over the past two weeks from students who decided to linger and stay in God's presence just a bit longer.
Â
Are you willing to come into God's Holy Presence and WAIT?
Â
Wait for how long?
Â
Does it really matter? When you desire to give your love, adoration, and worship to the King of Glory, don't let time be an excuse.
Â
WHY do you want to experience an outpouring of the Holy Spirit?
Â
Your WHY is key.Â
Â
Millions if not billions have been praying for revival across the world. But what are they really praying for?
Â
The past couple of weeks the Lord showed me this:
Â
Linger longer in God's Presence.
Â
No repentance, no revival.
Â
Consecration at the altar.
Â
One of the purposes of revival is to come to the Lord
with a repentant heart. Repentance means to turn away from sin and also a changing of your mind.
Â
A few weeks ago, the Lord led me to Romans 12:1-2 where He reveals to His children our new lifestyle:
"Brothers and sisters, in light of all I shared with you
about God's mercies, I urge you to offer your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice to God, a sacred offering that brings Him pleasure; this is your reasonable, essential worship.
Â
"Do not allow this world to mold you into its own image. Instead, be transformed from the inside out by renewing of your mind. As a result, you
will be able to discern what God will and whatever God finds good, pleasing, and complete." (The Voice)
Â
It begins with us being thankful for God's mercy. Without His mercy, where would we be?
Â
Then we are to offer our bodies to HIM as a living and holy sacrifice. When I was journaling this week, the Lord gave me an incredible revelation of how He sees our bodies. WATCH HERE. Â
You belong to God. All of you, including your body. When you come to worship Him on the floor, you are doing it because of your love and adoration for Him.
Â
He also does NOT want you to be molded by the world. He
desires for you to be CONFORMED TO HEAVEN. Are you up for that?
Â
One of the challenging lessons I've been learning about being conformed to Heaven is that I am unlearning the world's way. It takes time, but when you choose to renew your mind with Holy Scriptures, it does transform you.
Â
I remember when I was part of a revival in Minnesota in the mid-1990s. It went on for 16 weeks. The evangelist said this is where revival starts: It's where you are. He drew an imaginary circle around himself.
Â
Last week, the Lord told me something I have never heard before.
Â
He said, "Jeffrey, you are a Repentalist." Â (God can make up words)
Â
I'm sure you've heard of a Revivalist. So you might be wondering then, what is a Repentalist? It is one that shares the GOODNESS OF GOD that leads others to repentance.
Â
Does that describe you? Do you share the Goodness of God with others so they can repent and be saved? If not, you can start today.
Amen.
Â
