Hello ,
Last night, the Lord gave me a revelation
that He asked me to share with you today. It's a revelation that will help you in ALL of your relationships. I know when it's from the Lord because it is simple and easy to understand.
As we celebrate our 10th anniversary in ministry, from the beginning it has been about telling others what God is saying to them. So, we have been helping others hear
God's voice.
But after last night's revelation from the Lord, something is about to change.
He gave me an analogy of having a relationship with your best friend.
Think about this...
First of all, who is your best friend?
In my case, it is
Jesus Christ. Over 33 years ago, I began my relationship with Him. Before that, I really didn't know much about Him. But now I know Him intimately and KNOW His voice.
Let's say He is your best friend, OK? When it comes to knowing His voice, it begins with listening. As you listen, then you hear that sweet, small voice in your heart.
If you were like me, I wasn't always sure it was HIS voice. Can you relate?
In your relationship with Jesus, you progress from listening to knowing and RECOGNIZING Him when He speaks to you.
For example, if you were at a relative's house full of family members, you would be able to recognize the voice of your closest family member even when they are in the other room.
Why is
that?
Because you have a relationship with them and have INVESTED time talking with them. It's the same way when you are developing your relationship with Jesus.
You start with an introduction, then listening, hearing, recognizing, and finally KNOWING His voice.
Is that what you want?
Do you want to KNOW Jesus' voice?
If so, then this is where the revelation I received changes things for us. For the past decade, I thought and believed I was to help you simply HEAR His voice. But it's much more than
that.
You might be thinking right now that it's about knowing His voice. It is, but much more.
The Lord told me that most Christians really want to know how to develop a relationship with Him. I want
you to see what the Lord is saying to you .
Yes, I can teach you how simple and easy it is to listen, hear, recognize, and know Jesus' voice. The good news is all of that is DOABLE for you.
But this is where everything changes.
The Lord is leading me from now on how to help the body of Christ to develop a healthy relationship with Him.
If there is ONE
relationship I can help you with, it's your relationship with the Lord.
This will SHOCK you!
A few years ago, the Lord told me something I did not understand or accept until just a
few weeks ago.
He said, "Jeffrey, you're a relationship expert."
Those who know me personally, are probably laughing right now. They know it has been a challenge for me to develop healthy
relationships.
So, when the Lord told me that I am a relationship expert, NOW I finally get it. With over three decades of being in a close relationship with Jesus, I can confidently tell you, that it is possible for you to have one too.
Last night, the Lord revealed to me that many people go to work each day with their Best Friend. (He was referring to Jesus.)
But, He told me that most of them don't talk with their Best Friend at work. Imagine the All-Knowing One is with you at work the whole time and you can ask Him
anything.
He can solve any problem you have.
The Lord also told me that most of them don't even talk about their Best Friend at work with their coworkers.
Imagine if you talked with Jesus at work, shared about your relationship with Him with others, and introduced Him to them so they can have a new Best Friend.
How would that change your work environment?
You won't know until you do it.
Why did the Lord lead me to share this with you today? He wanted you to know that you have the opportunity to learn how to develop a closer relationship with
Him.
That reminds me of: Know Him and Make Him Known.
