Hello ,
Wait on the Lord. How? PATIENTLY.
He is about to reveal to you the plans He has for you in 2021 in more detail. You do want to know His plans, don't you?
Then wait, and wait patiently.
YES, you are patient and God is increasing your patience in this season. Why?
The more patient you are, the more you will understand His perfect will for your life. It takes patience as you wait on the Lord as He reveals His PERFECT PLAN for your life.
How do you wait patiently on the Lord?
It takes discipline.
The good news is you have been patient before, so it's not like it something new He is asking you to do.
How many times have you waited in line to get something you really wanted? Countless times. Why did you wait so long? Was it worth it?
Waiting on the Lord patiently also requires TIME.
You may think you don't have that much time to wait on the Lord. Oh, but you do, it's what you choose to do with the time you have each day.
When it comes to deciding what to do on a daily basis, your priorities dictate many times what you choose to do with your time.
Is there anyone or anything MORE IMPORTANT than God?
You can say YES, but does your time each day reflect your answer?
Finally, waiting on the Lord patiently also requires God's HELP.
If you could wait patiently on the Lord on your own, why would you need God's help?
Recently, I heard that Holy Spirit is our Comforter and He offers comfort when we are uncomfortable.
Does it feel uncomfortable waiting patiently on the Lord?
It doesn't have to be that way. You simply ask Holy Spirit for His Help and Comfort, since He is YOUR Helper and Comforter.
Remember, the Lord is about to reveal His plans for you in 2021 in more detail and He is asking you to WAIT on Him.
He gives you patience, discipline, time, and help.
Now will you wait on the Lord?
